Tessa de Rijk creates limited series of artworks that explore the relationship between spatial aspects and material expressions. Closeness, texture, and evolution all play a role in her abstract art. Tessa's pieces are entirely made by hand in her atelier in Amsterdam: from the wooden frame to the pigments and brushes.
Tessa is a firm believer in craftsmanship. And because of her hands-on approach to creating freely, the artist's signature brushstrokes and character are present in each individual artwork.

On one of our latest open showroom days, we had the honour to showcase some of Atelier de Rijk's most requested pieces Wall Sculpture n.1 & n.2 & n.3 On the floor you see our Kizu Lamps from New Works and amazing cushions from Isabelle Yamamoto. The organically shaped stools/side tables are from one of our favourite artists Gloria Landenberger, from 2222STUDIO.

After the big success of the Wall Sculpture Collection, we created a capsule collection together with Tessa. They are exclusively available at Enter The Loft. Combine them with this luxe desk and metal chair from Heerenhuis. We styled the desk with our Ova Oil Lamps and Dome Vase from Kristina Dam.
