Do you ship internationally?
We do our best to deliver our interior treasures worldwide. But, because our products are not flung off conveyor belts, our shipping options are somewhat limited. But fear not, most of our products can be shipped within Europe. For orders from outside Europe we can only ship directly if items can be sent as packages. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org about a specific product to see if we can ship to you. If the shipping does not automatically appear while checking out please get in contact with us, we will sort it out for all over the world.
Can I return an item?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. To qualify for a return, you must contact us at email@example.com so that we can give you specific instructions to complete your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving the parcel and after approval of the goods, we will refund the money within 14 days. Unfortunately, these conditions are not applicable to the MTM and MTO products. These products are custom made and cannot be returned. The same upholds for showroom items.
How do I return an item?
To return a product use the following steps:
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. Include your name, address and the order number. Your will then receive an e-mail with shipping details.
- Pack up all items with your invoice in their original packaging. Ensure that all items are packed with care, as we will not be able to refund items damaged in return transit.
- Ship all items to the shipping address that you received in the return details e-mail mentioned in step 1. We are not liable for lost returns. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting to track your parcel at all times.
- Upon arrival, we will inspect the goods and if their condition matches our requirements (that is: “as new, unused and in their original packaging”). If all is in order a refund will be made within 14 business days.
- We will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you.
Is it possible to have my order gift wrapped?
Of course we would be happy to gift wrap your items. In your shopping cart you will have the option to select gift wrapping for your order. Please keep in mind that we only will be able to gift wrap items up until a certain size, when an item gets too big, like a floor lamp for instance, we will send it to you without gift wrapping.
