Delivery time and cost

We strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Orders for stock items are normally shipped out within 1-3 working days from our warehouse in The Netherlands. After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation and we will get to work in our warehouse for you.

Some products are marked as "Made to order" on our website. These items are made upon ordering and take longer to ship. This means that, after placing your order, we will contact the brand to start producing that special item for you. We will check with the brand when they expect to have the item available for shipping and send you an update afterwards. We always do our best to complete all orders as soon as possible.

We ship to most destinations within the European Union with PostNL, DHL (and their international partners) and FedEx for the US. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we’ll do our best to get your goods to you as quickly as we can, in mint condition. We don’t like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc.

This is an overview of our shipping rates for normal packages. Bigger items and furniture require a more custom calculation, which will be visible during checkout.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Product prices listed on this website are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of shipment costs. The cost of shipping depends on the product, destination, shipping option and weight of the parcel. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will do everything we can to deliver your items in a timely fashion. Items currently in stock can be shipped immediately, but "made to order" orders may take longer.

In order to qualify for a return you must contact us at shop@entertheloft.com so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with instructions for your shipment. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

As a Loft Partner you receive interesting discounts on our whole product range. You can make use of our networks, sample collection or showroom. 

    Depending on your project, needs and interest we can set up a way to work together. Not only the brands you see on our website we can help you with, also getting all products from the brands listed on the website or even brands which are not listed on the website. We already have a good infrastructure to help you with delivery and extra services towards your clients or shops. You just need to focus on your client and the choses you will make together.
