Specificaties

The Burned Floating Divan by WDSTCK creates an intimate place where one can slowly rock and withdraw from hasty everyday life. Lifted from the ground, you are surrendered to the waves that move seemingly through space. The seat is made of a cross-section of a tree trunk, which is held up in the air by an intricate pattern of knotted ropes. The colour of divan this achieved by charring the wood with the ancient Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique.
