- Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition.
Excluded from returns
- Made to Order, Made to Measure and unique items cannot be returned as these were made exclusively for you.
- Show models can't be returned.
There are particular shipping methods available, depending on the item(s) you would like to return. We are happy to advise you on this. Please contact through our contact page for specific instructions and address for your return.
Returning the items safely to us is our customer's responsibility. For that reason, we strongly advise you to always return your items with a track and trace service.
Please wrap the item(s) properly in the original packaging for shipment. Make sure to add your name and order number inside the box. This way we can identify your return quickly and refund you as soon as possible.
Our products are crafted with love and attention to detail. It is important to note that there is always a chance irregularities may occur, especially with natural or handmade products.

We do not cover shipping fees for returned items, these are at expense of the customer.
After receiving the parcel and checking the item(s), your order will be refunded within 14 days. You will receive automatic notification of it via email.
Depending on your bank and payment method, it takes around 1-4 days for the payment to arrive in your bank account.
