Which items can be returned?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition.

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the parcel and after approval of the goods, we will refund the amount, minus return shipping costs, within 14 days.
My order arrived broken, what should I do?

Take photos of the parcel if the packaging is damaged, or of the product defect.

Ask the courier to make a note in their digital system, if possible.

immediately notify us at shop@entertheloft.com about the damage straight away so we can start a claim with the courier or supplier.
- Please do not file the claim yourself, as couriers accept only one claim per parcel. Filing it yourself may hinder ur ability to assist and influence the process.

How to return your items?
1. Contact us to request your return
Send us an email at shop@entertheloft.com within 5 business days of receiving the parcel, requesting your return. Include your name, address, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Please also inform us of the reason for your return. If the item arrived damaged, we can discuss options for a return or exchange. You will then receive an e-mail with your return label.
2. Pack all items in their original packaging
Please add your invoice or order number. Ensure that all items are packed with care, as we will not be able to refund items damaged in return transit. Print your return label and add it on the package.

Bring your parcel to the courier specified on the label. Since we are not responsible for lost returns, we recommend retaining the receipt and tracking number to continuously monitor your parcel.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon arrival, we will inspect the goods to ensure they meet our requirements—that is, they must be "as new, unused, and in their original packaging." If everything is in order, a refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. We will send you an email confirming your refund.
