Returnable items

  • You can return smaller items that don't fit your project after all.
  • For larger items, please contact us and we will make sure to find a good solution.
  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition.

Excluded from returns

  • Made to Order, Made to Measure and unique items cannot be returned as these were made exclusively for you.
  • Showroom items can't be returned. 

Returning process 

There are particular shipping methods available, depending on the item(s) you would like to return. We are happy to advise you on this. Please contact us at for specific instructions and address for your return.

Returning the items safely to us is our customer's responsibility. For that reason, we strongly advise you to always return your items with a track and trace service.

Please wrap the item(s) properly in the original packaging for shipment. Make sure to add your name and order number inside the box. This way we can identify your return quickly and refund you as soon as possible.


 Exchanging items

Our products are crafted with love and attention to detail. It is important to note that there is always a chance irregularities may occur, especially with natural or handmade products.

Please feel free to contact us in case of any irregularities, defects, or if you would simply like to exchange for a different size/color/item. We are happy to find the best possible solution for you.

Shipping fees

We do not cover shipping fees for returned items, these are at expense of the customer. 


After receiving the parcel and checking the item(s), your order will be refunded within 14 days. You will receive automatic notification of it via email.

Depending on your bank and payment method, it takes around 1-4 days for the payment to arrive in your bank account. 

In some cases we will charge you for the sending costs when returning all products.

We already have a good infrastructure to help you with delivery and extra services towards your clients or shops. You just need to focus on your client and the choses you will make together.
