We strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We strive to process all orders within 24 hours. Once processed we will e-mail you a notification when your items will be shipped and provide you with the shipping information.
Some products are made by hand only after an order is placed and can’t be shipped immediately. For this reason, once the payment is received, it can take up to 10 weeks for us to send the package from our studio. We always do our best to complete all orders as soon as possible.
We ship to most destinations within the European Union with PostNL (The Netherlands) and FedEx (outside The Netherlands). You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we’ll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. We don’t like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Product prices listed on this website are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of shipment costs. The cost of shipping depends on the product, destination, shipping option and weight of the parcel. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
When we have received your payment, we will do everything we can to deliver your items in a timely fashion. Items currently in stock can be shipped immediately, but other orders may take longer.
We gladly accept returns within 14 business days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. After letting us know you are returning an item we will refund the money within 14 days. Unfortunately these conditions are not applicable to the MTM and MTO products, these products are especially made for you and cannot be returned.
In order to qualify for a return you must contact us at email@example.com so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
