You can return smaller items that don't fit your project after all. For bigger items, we will make sure to find a solution that works for both of us. Returning the items safely to us is your own responsibility, please treat them with care. Made to Order and unique items cannot be returned as these were made exclusively for you. Showroom items can also not be returned.

 

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. To qualify for a return, you must contact us at shop@entertheloft.com so that we can give you specific instructions to complete your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment.

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving the parcel and after approval of the goods, we will refund the money within 14 days. Unfortunately, these conditions are not applicable to Made To Measure and Made To Order products. These products are custom made especially for you and cannot be returned.
